Yes, we welcome everyone. However the fees are higher for non-Raleigh residents. If you plan to come often the best deal is to purchase a 15 admission Punch Pass. The price per admission is substantially discounted. We also allow another individual who is a caregiver to enter at no charge as an accommodation for individuals with a disability (if desired/needed).
The building is easily accessible, but you should be ready to walk a bit. Getting into the pool may be an issue if it is crowded as there is only one way in and out if you need a ramp.
There's handicapped parking so you shouldn't have any issues getting in and out. The staff is friendly and I don't see why there would be an issue for you there.
