This Complex is HORRIBLE! I moved here from Michigan into what was a completely remodeled unit that was infested with ROACHES. The leasing office insisted I wait an entire week for pest control. I had to pay $100 to get roach poison put down myself. I moved out after two weeks of killing bugs because I didn't want them to get into my stuff. Then they had the audacity to charge me for early lease termination. Like who is willing to live with Roaches?? By the way, maintenance is pretty much non existent. DO NOT deal with KNIGHTVEST!

We have been living here since 2020 and I can't agree more with the other reviews by saying that with new management everything went down. I understand they could be some previous issues but they're (Knigthvest) not good at communicating and finding solutions. Rent is going up and up and like others said, there is no pool, no pest control, nothing. We have several problems with roaches and mice; appliances do not work properly and many more things. Front office can't get anything done and always says to talk to "corporate".

Didn't even finish my application and was denied for well.... still not clear. There went $250.00 and did NOT EVEN finish. Corporates is my next call.

We are not happy here since the new management came. no pool, no pest control, careless and insensitive management

They’re not always in the office during open times. I’ve been there to pick up packages and found no one in the office. It’s very inconvenient. I don’t recommend moving here.

Who else is having mice in their apartment?

I think they're in all of the apartments. The people who assembled the apartments left gaps in between the counters and the walls and that's where they hide.
