Only spent one night there and had the salmon with garlic mashed potatoes. Was great.
Local and love it! Cajun totes or truffle fries are the best! The communication or dungeon burgers are my go-to! Definitely get a pint to enjoy with your meal. Never stayed at the hotel but it's on my local bucket list. Enjoy!
The Communication (Commi) Breakdown burger with Cajun tots is most folks go to meal. I personally (pending the Mcmenamins) like the Stuffed burger or Backyard burger. I will also recommend the Fish & Chips. For appetizers, once again the Cajun style (or regular) tots are always good, as is the Hummus plate. For beverages; they always have local beers on tap and RC cola. Hopefully this helps you out.
The menus rotate so there isn't like a standard one good thing, but most of it is exceptionally delightful.
