Street Parking is available which is free on Sunday. There are a few small lots for parking as well.
It's a public street so availability is there if you recon area real good
If you're touring the area, and if the church parking is full, consult the Gateway Arch site and they list parking structures available. Enjoy your visit!!
I parked on the street by the north entrance when I was there. Meter parking
If you are facing the front doors the parking is to the right or you can park on the street.
