It’s a beautiful little park.

Restrooms were closed down and I believe Covid may have been stated as the reason. Otherwise a nice small park with pond, ,ducks, picnic area, and statues bearing historical significance. The true beauty can be seen walking the block on the exterior of this park as you take in all of the lovely homes surrounding it. Rumored haunted but I experienced / felt no such energies that would support this claim.

33Wine shop and Bar on Park Ave is a great wine bar with such beautiful patio's.

Not sure about the rules for that . But there are no bbq’s at the park . You would have to bring your own

Are dogs allowed in the pond?

I don't think so. There are no signs posted that restrict dogs from swimming , but I've never seen any in the pond. There is a concrete rim around the pond, so it's hard for dogs to get in and out. Also, there are several species of birds including ducks, geese, and swans, which are sometimes aggressive about their territories in and around the pond.
