Its sounds like you're doing all the right things and talking to the people who should be able to answer you, so maybe The Center just doesn't value its customers enough to return calls. I guess the effort they put into customer service would tend to affect my perception of the effort they're going to put in a training program. Or maybe be Merideth just forgot to setup her vacation reply before she left for that 2 week Alaskan cruise she's been looking forward to... What do you expect from us? You want someone to pist her personal cell phone number and home address? Lol
