well if you were doing what you're suppose to be doing you wouldn't be there in the 1st place , i remember being there in the late 80s but most unit leaders and desk staff were decent but overall conditions were a lot better there than adult facilities

when i was there the rules are strict , PERIOD! , when admitted you have 24 hr room restriction then 24 hr unit restriction where you're locked in concrete walled room where you have a microphone where if you need something etc with only a bed some may have a toliet and sink for those who are there even longer , unit restriction is when you're only out in the unit , it's closed in constantly around others , but A LOT BETTER THAN ADULT facilities
My ? Exactly what can you do for an extremely unruly child we are getting way to old to be trying fight kids that think they grown where do I sign up I’m tired
