Hello LifewJaii! YES - the majority of our animals go home with you same-day. The exception is some rabbits - some of them may already be spayed/neutered, but some have the surgery after they have been adopted. It usually takes 2-3 days, depending on the day you adopt. Yes some you can and alot of them you have to give them time to get the animals together for you.
