I live on West Main in Belleville,IL and we have not been receiving our mail on a daily basis as usual. Sometimes the carrier doesn't even come to the property. We want to know why?

Have you called the post office what part of west main do you live. There could be many reasons. Mail has been real light lately, there could be a city carrier assistant doing that route, dogs running loose,no access to mailbox. I would call you post office and find out why this is happening the supervisor will find out why. I would at the downtown post office in belleville if you live on 17th street and up you will need to call Dutch hollow post office
