Please let me know, why.. 1. You call and phone is not answered? Just cuts off after awhile.. 2 only 3 cash registers open, stand in line longer than it takes

not sure about the phone but, the registers usually there are people on the floor in other departments that can run register and will be called if lines are seen as too long, and also remember that with the pandemic they run shifts with fewer people.. just try to be patient , it could always be worse
