It was horrible! The guy from Flora Illinois knicked my steps in basement in 9 places taking the old dryer out and then acted smart about it I eventually asked him to leave my house two times and did not even have the appliances installed I said I will make a complaint and he said the who I'm the boss? I thought oh you're the CEO of Sears I can't go any higher. I Ask him to quit talking to me because every time he did he was just making it worse. I told him my husband would not like how he was talking to me and he said I'm sure you will tell him your version. I thought who is this guy in my house talking to me like this? So I paid for a service I did not even get because I asked him to leave. The younger guy with him apologize to me twice I will never deal with sears again

I had a very bad experience with a repair situation. Two Sears representatives were dishonest and intentionally lied to get me to schedule a service appointment even though they knew my dryer could not be repaired. It appears to be a scam just to get a repairman into your house to collect the $99 diagnostic fee. I am following up with the Better Business Bureau.
