Closest hotel to the train station is the Hyatt Place on Neil St. No shuttle that I'm aware of but it is only a few blocks away from the station. The other hotels in the area are a pretty significant distance farther away.
You could probably call the hotel you are using and ask if they could send their shuttle van to pick you up.
