HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY!!!!!! Bought a router cutter for use with cutting out fabric on clothing patterns, wasn't told you have to use with a hard cutting board, 1st time used it cut through a basic cardboard cutting board. A big plastic board is $100 for big enough to use with clothing fabric layouts! Tried to return & store wouldn't accept return - been opened & "couldn't resell" ----- hello, compare to Target, Walmart, Etc OR Amazon... All would have accepted the return..... won't buy anything similar at Joann EVER AGAIN!!!!!
