Why did the branch on Pioneer Parkway close down? I live in Springfield and I hate going to Eugene and it’s inconvenient when I need to just do a basic cash deposit.

I heard they did not have enough foot traffic. It has a lot of people inconvenienced. I went to US Bank. Very happy with them.

Agreed...very puzzling...but the staff...is handling it the best they can

I don't know. All branches are closed in the area except the Eugene downtown main branch. And even branch personnel cannot tell you why this has happened. Puzzling!
