Worst place in Decatur they have phones for no reason they never answer them might as well throw the phone away

If you think this office is bad try the one in Chicago. At least here they get you in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. In Chicago make sure you pack a lunch cause you'll be there all day.

I agree with Arthur Woods' comment but for St Clair County Health Department in East St Louis. Decatur office is amazing compared to that one. Much safer & I know I won't be there for literally 8 hours with no help and have to be back the next day. My employer was not happy I had to take two days off to fix an error on my medical insurance I did not make.
