Horrible tactics to sell you a car. Attitudes are in full swing at this location. Fees charged to customers “because it’s the times”-making additional packages NON optional. Had this been explained and not Hidden, may have been a different review. Stay far far away.

I reached out to Dale Grinestaff about an Odyssey and while he informed me it had already sold, he was quick to help us find what we were looking for.
