No, usually just one balcony off the common space.
All oceanfront have 1 balcony even the rooms on the outside of the building. However the rooms on the Outer Edge do provide a nice view up or down the coast.

It just depends. We had a 2 bedroom and it had a balcony. Some rooms had balconies & some didn't. If you plan on staying there id call them and see if they have any rooms with balconies. Also if you want ocean front too because some wasn't.
No, there would only be 1-2 balcony. I have stayed in a suite there before and there were one main balcony and one in the master bedroom.
