I have just begun my stay at Sheraton Broadway Plantation. The website said the pool was heated...but heading to the indoor pool this morning for a swim the heat was definitely not on. Can you remedy this? May have just switched off.

I did not use the indoor pool but I would ask at the desk.

You should contact the front desk & let your concierge know about this situation as well

When i was there the pool that was indoors that led into the outdoor pool was actually colder than the outdoor one.
