This hotel is in terrible shape and has many serious problems. You don't want to stay here. Much better options available for same or lower price. This hotel has NO BREAKFAST. I REPEAT NO BREAKFAST. ALSO BED BUGS. The bathroom door was broken. The air-conditioning was broken. The TV didn't work. Blood and rust stains in the bathtub and it leaked. The housekeeper pokes through your stuff as soon as you head to the beach. There are loud and dangerous people people in the parking lots. Basically everything bad a hotel can be this one is. The man at the front desk was nice but I asked the woman for a sponge there to clean the tub myself and she said no. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No refunds will be given either. Please go somewhere else if you value comfort, security and peace of mind. Place is disgusting and not safe at all.

Front desk unprofessional and maybe other one because they just sat and talked. This place??? Oh my goodness! If you would take a look in that pictures. Included pest…geez! Place isn’t safe because someone tried to break in and locked door can open, but latch can hold sort of. My understanding it’s public beach areas. I won’t coming back.

I reserved my room for 5 days, I didn’t even sleep there one night. Torn carpet, stained walls and to make things better They have RATS in the building, I was sleeping and 11pm I woke up due to the noise and then I see them running on the floor. Management is not even there at 11pm they leave at 9pm, I was so frustrated that I ended up going to another hotel at 11pm Also the breakfast sucks ,the office told me it is only coffee and juice. Next morning I went to the office and guess they even didn’t try to fix the problem nothing, and no refunds pictures are deceptive a and description of breakfast mmmm terrible ,STAY AWAY

First, our hotel key didn’t work. They tried programming twice and still didn’t work. Told us maintenance needed to change the lock. Lady at front desk told us keys should work now. Yes they did, in fact, they worked for every room on our floor so I’m sure they worked for every room in the building because I assume the way they fixed our keys not working was to just program them to master keys. I wonder how often that happens. Room next door had a lot of foot traffic and smelled of weed. Rooms were disgusting. I hope I can attach the pictures I took. There was a mouse in a hole under our tub. I can’t even begin to explain. The pictures should be able to explain it all. All we needed was a room for the night because our son had to be taken to the airport the next day so we wanted to stay somewhere near the airport. Paid for one night and had to leave because it was that nasty . We ate the charges and went somewhere else.

Right across the street. Hotels in between but you can see beach standing outside most of the rooms..
Well the maintenance and management there has been changed I can't speak for old maintenance issues that he is talking about were fixed today buy me personally
Didn't see signs of bed bugs. But roaches, one in the bathroom
