Two years ago, we had left an item behind and they found it right away and mailed it to us. It wasn't cash or jewelry, not sure if they would have returned valuables like that, but like to think they would. Very professional staffing with good ethics from what we have learned from many stays.
Hopefully you contacted them as soon as you notice it was missing most places like that the employees value there jobs
Sorry that you lost theitem but Sheraton is very good about returning items.
I'm employed with Sheraton. Call as soon as possible. Sheraton has great employees and they have a hiring process that helps with that as well.
Not sure how they are at returning items since I didn't personally had that happen to me, sorry to hear and I hope they return it for you.
