Our church is definitely a Outreach Church. We have a mission group that goes out to the Dominican Republic each year. We have Mission team helping veterans in our area. We have a group that helps the homeless and feeds them once a month. We have a food pantry that feeds the hungry. Our church is large but to bring us closer together, we have small groups that meet outside of our church walls.
We partner with other ministries “outside” our own church walls: 1) Operation Inasmuch in Fayetteville that feeds and provides housing for the homeless, 2) Samaritans Purse that provides disaster relief all across the globe, 3) Military Missions In Action out of Raleigh that helps veterans with housing and medical care 4) Willing Servant Ministries in the Dominican Republic where we have paid for and constructed 3 homes so far for the poor in the village of La Vagilia 5) We Host Night To Shine at the Crown Coliseum every year for people with Special Needs - over 250 last year and much more.
