Is the office of vital records open? I have been trying to contact them for weeks and no one answers or responds. I'm considering driving to Nashville (2+ hours) to get help, but I saw someone posted a few weeks ago that the office was closed?!

It was open when I was on site as well. No waiting and I was in and out in 15 minutes for a copy of my birth certificate and marriage certificate.

It was open last Thursday (08/25). There was no line at the counter.

Monday thru Friday 8 to 4. Except holidays such as labor day this weekend.
