Why are the buns so dam hard. Seriously what place cant even serve buns on a cheeseburger. Dont you have standardized procedures. It's not that tough to make food properly. Have a lil pride or sell it to someone that does.

I have gone to many many McDonald's and I have never had hard buns.....lol! They are always soft!

The buns arent hard? But ur just assuming part of the stereotypical McDonalds. When actually, except for the ingredients and extreme amounts of sugar, there's nothing wrong with the food.
