The experience here has been hit or miss for a while. The one thing that remains consistent is that the people who are working are working hard. Even when short staffed. Even when faced with rude/disrespectful customers. They deserve every bit of the 5 stars.

Ordered through the app and there was a glitch that showed the pumpkin sauce as available but it wasn't, which I kind of knew was probably too good to be true anyways. It was after 10pm so they were short staffed but the super nice lady working there came out to my car at curbside and explained what happened, and asked if I wanted a different syrup, even offered a free upgrade to a frappe or something for the inconvenience. She let me do half chocolate half hazelnut, and had my cookies re-baked for the inconvenience as well. I've lived here less than a month but every time I have come here it's been wonderful.

Quite frankly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food establishment. Within 10 minutes I was told that the server had no patience for me referred to someone else who told them if I was acting like a child to give me a fresh drink considering they had splashed my soda on their skin which went back into the cup before applying a lid. Then when I simply asked for my money back or to speak with a manager I was told that we're all teenagers here we have no manager you'll have to pull around front for that. I said I just want my $3 please eventually eventually an older gentleman came to the window asked what was going on I explained the situation he handed me by $3. I was told that I was being childish because I asked someone to wear gloves or make me a fresh drink. Then I was told that the entire restaurant was ran by teenagers with no manager. Is very bad experience.
