Maybe they've changed since 2016. At the time I lived there for 3 months; I never heard of anyone receiving help in anyway, except for clothing. That place was more like a prison institutution. I would never, never recommend this place to anyone.
I don't work there or live there but I am familiar with the place they have programs that help people get back on their feet
