Can someone shoe up in the middle of the night and be let in? A friend has no where to go but only way or ride up there isn't until late he has no money no car nowhere to go

I know they have a certain time that they would like people to show up. I believe it's around 6 pm if the times has not changed. I would recommend that you give them a call to see what they can do to help with his situation.
