I asked for my order in a nice way.. and the young lady who answered the phone said take it up with door dash then hung up.. we are loyal customers of Rosati's.. my phone call should have been answered in a better manner..

Absolutely your phone call should have been answered with a professional voice! Door dash really has nothing to do with this young lady's attitude. Was there a problem with your delivery? Only reason I'm asking is because I sometimes work for door dash. If there's a next time I'd get her name and complain to management.

They do not know how to treat customers. We recently had a problem with them, too.
