Yes, the whole corner surrounding the restaurant. The crossing streets are closed to allow this and is fully pedestrian. Ideally make a reservation, but if they have availability they do take walk ins.
Yes they do, very nice setting. If it wasn't for all the seats taken, we would've sat outside.
Yes we just went last weekend with no reservations and it was amazing !!!
