Overall a great experience, I ordered the NY Strip and my wife ordered the Fillet. The sides were the sauteed mushrooms and sauteed spinach. All was cooked exactly as requested. Nice sear on the steaks which both were very flavorful. Mushrooms and spinach are very tasty. The staff was very attentive without being disruptive while eating. The mixed drinks were tasty. I had one of the whiskey smashes (two actually). Minor issue with dessert (creme brulee) which was promptly and satisfactorily resolved. I would say all the desserts could be shared by at least 2. The carrot cake looked like it would fill up a hungry group. Very busy and a great atmosphere. If back in the area I would come back.

YES, it is open for Dine In. You just have to make a reservation ahead of time, and be willing to sit by an open window, or outside underneath a heat lamp.

Yes, the whole corner surrounding the restaurant. The crossing streets are closed to allow this and is fully pedestrian. Ideally make a reservation, but if they have availability they do take walk ins.
I would say no but you can call ahead to find out. I haven't seen any and I've been on the patio several times in the last couple weeks.
