How was hope house u ask? Completely & utterly "HOPELESS". I was given several bus passes and a $12 voucher for assistance with my heat last month. And during this visit I was turned away because their policy is they can only assist financially once a year! I am unsure nor do I care who and how they chose to create these policies however there's doing more damage than good, and FYI it's not the year 1805 anymore, I don't understand why staff giggled slightly when I asked for assistance regarding a cell phone or possible bill assistance. And then tell me that it's not a "NEED" to survive, its a "want"? Perhaps you should come out of the 1805 era and look around I'm positive your 10 year old niece has a tablet and cell phone, if you're not connected in this day and age you fall behind and you miss out! Libraries are closed due to covid every job application that you can think of is online, due to covid the hours constantly change everywhere so you expect people to find information how by sending them to other organizations that don't exist or you don't know the hours so you send me to a closed place and then won't give me any more assistance because I've used all my bus passes listening to you to go to somewhere that doesn't even open?! Come hang out with me for a day you'll be shell shocked!

The Hope House is a caring place where individuals who needs clothes and personal hygiene products, but can't afford to buy them. They can go to the Hope House once a month for personal hygiene products and for clothes I believe individuals can come twice a month. (During Covid-19 the hours may of changed)
