I've gone to this salon for several years and recently saw a lady that I haven't worked with before. I called for a color correction, I wanted to go blonde from box black and red hair. I told the nice gal on the phone exactly that. The nice gal at the desk booked me. I get there, and there is some panic because Tessa (the lady doing my hair) didn't know I was a color correction and she had to have her next client see someone else. She's also panicking because she doesn't know how to fix my hair. She keeps asking the owner what to do. It made me nervous. I paid $400 to go blonde with four hours in the chair. At first, I was happy with the end result. The curls she put in showed off some dimension. A day later, my hair is falling naturally and there's a huge part she missed. She didn't use foils which really made me worry. It wasn't a thorough job. I had a haircut booked a week later and go in for the appointment to talk to her about it. She said "well that's just the way your hair falls, we'll have to go over it again. Did I use foils?" I told her no, she didn't. There was no offer to make it right. She was ready to charge me for another whole session. I booked the appointment, then later decided this is wrong and called to cancel it. They said they didn't even have the appointment in the system. That was the last sign I just shouldn't go here anymore. If I'd kept the 3rd appointment, I would have gone in and they wouldn't have even had time for me. I've made an appointment with a different salon out of town that will be worth the trip after this.

Hands down the best hair service I’ve ever experienced! I had a consultation with Teddy where I showed him what I was looking for (pics from Pinterest) and he asked questions to understand what my hair had been through since I grew it out. He went over what to expect during my appointment and booked me out 5 weeks so I could let it grow out a little longer. When I went in for my appointment he cut, colored and styled it exactly the way I had hoped for! I asked plenty of questions and he was patient throughout. He was careful not to damage my hair when lifting the color out and suggested we wait a little longer before trying to lighten it more (to white). He educated me on what products to use to keep my hair healthy and showed me how to style it like a pro. The products they use in the salon are next level and my hair feels so much better. I ended up buying one of the shampoo bars and can’t wait to try it! My mom recommended Teddy and I would recommend him to all my girlfriends!

I’ve seen Amber twice now, and both times she gave me probably the best haircut I’ve ever had. I have long, fine hair, and after just getting it trimmed with Amber my hair somehow felt twice as thick. She’s technically still an apprentice but she definitely has the magic touch. The whole staff is wonderful and the salon has a great atmosphere. Coming here is one of my favorite ways to treat myself!

I am very happy with my haircut from Teddy. He did well figuring out what my hair needed without much direction from me. I haven’t gotten a haircut in 3 years after growing out from a pixie, i have mid length straight blonde hair that needed layers and some love. I felt very taken care of, my hair looks beautiful, and I’ll be coming back to Teddy for my next haircut.

See answer above, I would say the same as Ash Flinn. Depends on stylist. Please see their website.
