Don’t bring your loved ones here. They purposely understaff just to the point of neglect, strictly for maximum profit. The staff that is there is undertrained and and underpaid. I’ve seen the upper management be straight up disrespectful to residents and staff. The kitchen manager steals food and then doesn’t order enough food for residents, she also takes opiates and gives them to the staff. I could keep going and going. The memory care residents (people with dementia) are cared for by people who have no idea what they’re doing. I went there several times to drop off food, and saw residents sleeping face down in their food with no staff around to help or care... I saw people with confirmed cases of COVID just wandering the halls. Horrifying.

My mother has been in the memory care at Spring Creek for more than a year. The excellent manager, Peg, with her hands on approach, has created an environment where my mother is thriving. She has hired an excellent staff of caregivers who seem to really care about the residents. The activity director is a gift to the residents. Kourtney is warm, happy and she engages the community in memory care with many different activities throughout each day. I am forever grateful to this facility.

WOW is all I can say! This location is far the best we have seen and we have our uncle living there a week now and he is doing so much better. He was stuck in his home and we finally had to jump in and be the bad guys. Well is was mad for a few days and now he is involved in everything that is going on. We call his room and he is not there because he is having coffee with the guys in the lobby. He loves playing pool there and we are now seeing a new uncle and the person that we enjoyed so much growing up. Recommend this place to anyone but if they are not wanting to move. I recommend sitting down with the people there. They were able to help and overall we made the call that was for the best by moving him and I have to say it was the right decision. I would assume that it would make sense to have a dress code but I don't know for sure
