Yes we have the weight on our glass jars and they manually adjust the scale. It does take time but in the end less waste and trash. Also you will want to bring funnels it makes it a lot easier filling jars.
Better call and ask. There may be some type of food safety regulation that a store may be required to adhere.

I checked it out myself today. You can bring your own containers; you just have to get them weighed at the register before filling them.
