Yes it helps to call in first the sooner the better. You might have to wait but they will do their best to take care of you.
We absolutely try our best to accommodate our patients. We really appreciate when our clients call and ask for walk in status. Unfortunately we may not be able to see all our walk ins due to nature of visit, saturation of existing appointments and time constraints. We appreciate your understanding!
And if you are a new patient, it helps to have your pet's proof of vaccinations, if it has already been vaccinated, or name of vet where you got it done. Will speed things along.
