Will charge extra for things not disclosed in initial visit. Call you to upsell you. And then hit you with more charges that they don’t tell you about up front. Took 3 kittens for shots, got charged over $400 and then told to come back in 3 weeks, surprise!!! Another 138 for shots that I WAS NEVER TOLD WERE ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I don’t know about you guys, but that’s a lot of money to me now a days. What a scam.

I give one start because the technicians our great but the company gets a big zero. Four urinary tract infections in one year. They kept giving the same medication and the same amount every time. At every visit that years, I did all test they asked for and spent thousands of dollars. They kept telling me that “all the test come out fine” and to just give medication. I had to cry to get the doctor to order a different medication for a longer amount of time. Well It finally worked. So sad that This organization really only cares amount money and not for the animals we all love and live for . I’m so sad this place exists. Please take your animals somewhere else.

My dogs have been seen by Dr ally and Dr Sarah, who are both great. However, the service here is extremely slow. It takes up to an hour for a vet tech to come out and bring my dogs in and up to another hour to bring them out when I come to pick them up.. pretty ridiculous especially when they call and tell me my dogs are ready and ask me how long I will be to get there. I recently scheduled a teeth cleaning for my 20 pound dog and no one called to give me an estimate so upon arriving, they wanted to take a deposit of $700 and said that the total price would be $2,400+. OUTRAGEOUS!!! Ive paid around $400-500 elsewhere for my dog's cleaning and that includes anesthesia, boarding, and medication. I am baffled by how much they wanted to charge and am disappointed that no one called to give us an estimate and a breakdown of the costs. Also am surprised that they even charge for follow up visits

I called them first thing in the morning. My doggo was very sick very suddenly. They took me in on zero notice. I dealt with Ms. Stephanie and Dr. Sarah. They were so very kind and wonderful to me and so very loving to my Valk. Unfortunately my doggo was too sick. I had to say goodbye to my girl. I'm a disabled Veteran and she was my doggo. Ms. Stephanie and Dr. Sarah were so incredibly kind and caring. They stayed there and let me tell them about my girl. Thank you so very much Ms. Stephanie and Dr. Sarah.

Yes it helps to call in first the sooner the better. You might have to wait but they will do their best to take care of you.

They are completely separate so far as I know. I'm sure either one can transfer records to the other if requested but they are not associated with each other.
