Yes they will do!! They are very good at taking care if thier customers.
If it is a new car they should fix it under the warranty. If the vehicle was pre-owned they will more than likely charge you, unless you purchased an extended warranty that covers the malfunction.
I know they don't fix anything that is wear and tear so as long as it's not wear and tear you should be fine
