It will cost you a new transmission! Never get a flush.. fluid and filter change is all you should ever need... If you need more than that something else is already wrong. Flushing something never prevents anything, only uncovers what's already wrong!
I avoid big O or walfart. Go to reputable mechanic, if you're really interested on a transmission flush on a Nissan Frontier you should really call ABC Nissan instead of just asking us internet strangers.
