Yes, Dogs are allowed on the train as long as they are well behaved and are on a leash.
Dogs are allowed on the grounds - on leashes, well behaved. They even have a dog water bowl available. Not sure about their being allowed on the trains.
We saw a few small dogs during our visit. They were on leashes or being carried by their owners.
