What is the day rate for use of the dog beach area? Was $10 last year, has it gone up.

I didn't see a "dog beach area" actually saw signs that said no dogs allowed everywhere. The lady at the entrance told us that if we go far right past the tents that it would be OK to have a dog. Many people had their dogs with them in that area. Parking in general is ten bucks.
