Simple answer- no Come prepared with bathing togs under your street clothes. Include some type of a pop-up enclosure for privacy and sun protection . Dogs are allowed to the far right . Pick up the area before you leave. Leave No trace
Facilities meaning restrooms?... if so, they have more porto potties open, due to covid. But now that everything is opening up, things are becoming back to normal.
