What do I have to do to get you to pick up my trash? It's been a month, multiple calls to customer service, promises that you would pick up, but nothing. No pickup. No return phone calls. It's outrageous and it's maddening.

Stop in at the scale house and let them know the address and will get it picked up for you (possibly same day)

Call the local office in Mt Vernon ask to speak to the supervisor Dan Harter ir the District Manager Vic Citro.
