Do you pick up trash and actually provide a service to your paying customers? I paid all my bills on time & for 4 weeks you didn’t pick up my trash. I called every single day after being missed for 2 weeks you never called or picked up the trash!

Apologies about not picking up your trash. We have been having a difficult time with limited number of drivers. If there are any more issues, please contact customer service or stop in at Tilden ave office/scalehouse

I do one time pick up services, and other kind of hauling. I don't offer a once a week service. Sorry for any unanswered questions
