Most automated systems once you start getting prompts hit zero it should put you directly thru at some point. You may get out on hold by them but at least they will answer
You can you just have to be very angry and ready to raise hell. I say this because you gotta be committed to going through the extremely long automated system and forever hold times. If you can do that then you are deserving of speaking to a customer service rep who will ultimately let you down.
