Did your husband die at the hospital?
Just go Berger hospital and go to medical records department we are open from 8am until 4:30 Monday though friday . Just need your identification card and if you have power of T and the living will papers bring that with you also . If you ho into the Er entrance go the right and we are all the way down to the open door .
