I would not recommend Tiffany strange as your doctor. I was seeing dr olentunda (I'm not sure if that's spelled correctly) and she was absolutely amazing. She seemed to really care and was always really sweet. She left so they put Tiffany as my new doctor. I've been batting depression, panic disorder, ptsd, anxiety and self harm so clearly I'm not feeling the best. I went in to get back on Effexor because it worked really well less than a year ago and I stopped taking it. I was already really anxious going in and dr Tiffany made me feel even more on edge. She never really asked about my symptoms which is fine but she seemed so careless, catty and like she was judging me for how I was feeling, which made me feel even more uncomfortable and like I was some weirdo bothering her just being there. She prescribed me the lowest dose and made a follow up appointment for 6 weeks. Last time I took Effexor they had me on the lowest dose and raised it up after a week which now I see why. It worked good for my anxiety after a week or two and then I just went back to how I was feeling before. I called to see if she will raise my dosage because at this point it's been a month that I've been on it. The lady told me she would talk to Tiffany and then call me back. So she calls me back later and tells me that Tiffany said she's not going to raise it because it takes 4-6 weeks to get in your system. I mean you would think I was asking for Xanax or some kind of narcotic. She didn't care to ask about my symptoms but now she's so concerned with raising my dose after being on it a month and it started to work and then stopped. That should tell you something right there, not to mention she can see In her charts that I've taken it before and how much they prescribed me. Clearly it would have been perfectly fine to raise my dosage. She didn't say no because she was worried about the side effects, let alone me. It just seemed like a control thing and to be petty for no reason. When I seen her she didn't ask about my symptoms and she just seemed careless but when I asked her to raise the dose, she's so concerned with that? Even though I've been on it less than a year ago with a higher dose. if she was that concerned you'd think she'd talk to me and ask about my symptoms and go from there, not just have the receptionist tell me no wait 2 more weeks. It's hard to wait a day feeling this way, let alone 2 weeks. When your dealing with someones mental health, maybe show some compassion or be kind. I mean you are a doctor after all. I was nothing but nice to her throughout the whole appointment so it just baffles me that as a doctor she would make someone feel worse leaving than when they came in.

Was seen by Thomas Schorr and was told I didn’t have tendons in my hand, I only had 2 that started at my wrist and ran down my arm🤦♂️

Me and my wife had visited the adena urgent care office location in Circleville and had been instructed to go wait in our car and call the number on the door and leave a voice-mail and wait for a call by the office worker up front. After sitting in our car for over a hour and no word after making the call leaving a voice mail, my wife called again and was told that they would never say that nor soposely the the lady sitting next to the one on the phone never heard her say that, when even both of us heard along with fellow patients that walked in at the same time. We had to get put on a another list and then wait longer cause the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing here. Let alone the heavier set receptionist that is normally right when you walk in, a very rude and not helping person to begin with, that I have the mispleasure dealing with on few occasions from before. Now the nurses here are very good and helpful, and my wife being a nurse as well I understand these times are tough and demanding and hard them and things aren't always going to go as they should but when or if you would take the time to read the reviews and comments about the front staff people have left about your business here in Circleville, I would think you would want to investigate and deal with these issues asap, especially since when we were told one thing and others heard them say that too, then tell you well we been trying to take down that voice-mail thing so you have to keep trying to finally get someone, makes me understand why people go to the er instead of places like these for help. When you have people up front working with the public that have no people skills nor how to work in a office environment such as this. As this comes with my most regards for a wonderful hospital and nursing and doctor staff, only wished you would re evaluate the need for better office staff that have the right tools and attitude for the job. Thank you sincerely Ben Shirey. Ps

Was declined service for being a couple minutes late due to them not telling me what location to go to. I went to the wrong location first. They checked me in and had me wait for about 10 minutes before telling me I couldn't be seen. Not saying they are bad, but they need to do a better job at communicating. I declined letting them reschedule me. I found a different doctor.
