I just went in to drop a package, so I can't give too much info. But in previous visits I do know they're quite fast and efficient!

Is there a lighting issue going on inside? It's a little scary looking. The gentleman working behind the desk didn't say a word to me! Like...is that normal? This place was not very helpful today.
