Go to Dauphin Island if you want to see Dolphins! They will be in the gulf of Mexico jumping and playing in the open water where they should be.

In the afternoon it was 4pm.. we were there when the coaches were doing a pre show warm up training....
They post the times each day on a board and give you the schedule when you arrive at the museum.

It was like three times daily. The one we went to was 1:30 pm. Also, it isn't so much a show as it is an informative chat with them showing things the dolphins can do. A show is coming!
