Update: I changed the review to 5 star due to having communication with the office. They were able to clarify many things. I went in person and spoke with the staff. They have come out and installed a 250 gal below ground tank. Hooked up everything and converted my stove and dryer. The installers were some very nice people and a pleasure to talk to. They answered all my questions and never made me feel stupid or a nuisance. I am very satisfied with their service. It just took some communications on both our parts. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: I have sent emails through their website and talked to a nice lady in the main office about setting up service in a new construction home along with a Generator. My emails have gone unanswered and the nice lady in your main office sent my info to the Wiggins office. I have not been contacted.

Just purchased a home before Ida, when the storm hit blossmans unsecured tank floated, broke our gas line and has been laying on the ground for over a week, no hot water, no ability to cook, I’ve called several times and I’m told I’m on the list, I’m also being told they won’t repair the line because it’s on the house side…. But code wasn’t followed by their installer. This is still a case in progress but I have a feeling I will be telling them to come get their tank and go with another gas company. If this review needs to change it will. Update: after a lot of leg work and communication they finally sent out David, he was knowledgeable and good at what he did and was able to fix the tank and get us back to good, Blossman needs more Davids.

Our gas engery went to hardly any flame. We were on a service plan. We had called before they opened and once again after. No one showed because Noone bothered to schedule someone. When we called back later in day was told at least a month out before service. Now I tell you what would we have done to exist.

Jesse Herndon from Blossman Gas made a service call to our home today. If you ever need a service call from Blossman, he is your guy. This young man has excellent knowledge of the job he is doing and I will recommend him anytime. He is the reason for this 5 star rating. He is a definite asset to his company and an excellent and caring employee.
