Inside of the store, there is a sign, that conveys the owner, manager,...including an address and or a phone number, take down the information, write a letter to that person/persons,... and request feedback, include your complaint to McDonald's Corporate Office as well . When you write the letter include specific and objective information concerning the incident (date, time, person(s) that you had registered th complaint to/with). Social media is a good place to convey your concerns. However, the owner and corporate offices will have a better profound reaction for issue correction. If the site is unsanitary, complain to the local Health Department.
I totally agree this is a horrible unclean, unprofessional place!
