Quality of the food is still good, but Dominos corporate needs to pull their heads out and determine why their stores cannot seem to keep up with even moderate order volume. I ordered online and the app says the order was started at 530pm. I arrived in store at 5:58pm and am told the order is not on the board and it would be another 30 minutes. Kicker is that I’m told that online orders aren’t keeping up with in store - not sure what that means since the only orders are call in and online. Fix your leadership and tech Dominos or I’m not coming back.

This Domino’s doesn’t deliver to us at the York River Yacht Haven. Online suggest we pickup ourselves. It’s actually not a bad drive and the staff was great with having our orders ready.

The second I bit into this, I knew something was wrong. The bread is not cooked, at all!!! It's completely raw dough 🤢🤮 I was asked if I wanted it remade or a CREDIT, nothing was mentioned about a refund. So. Disgusting. Be careful if you order here, and check your food before feeding it to children.

This is a fairly frequent stop (usually a couple of times a month), and this location can be counted on to consistently get my order right. The staff is usually friendly and efficient. Only once have I ever heard one staff member verbally berate another with customers present, and usually their pizza is top notch.
